Our Story begins in...

We started as a home-based Bibingka seller in Rosales, Pangasinan and we take orders online. Due to some personal matters, we decided to move to Laoag, Ilocos Norte.

As we moved to Laoag, we decided to do a rebrand and introduce our cold brew drinks and the motto is “Brews, Bites, Bliss. This means we sell drinks, and pastries and provide an exceptional experience as you dine and buy our products.

As the business name goes Baker’s Bliss. “Bliss” shares a charming similarity with the co-owners name and beautifully embodies its meaning: ‘perfect happiness’ and ‘great joy. And she loves baking goods that’s why the name was founded.

We are now operating as a pop-up coffee bar here in Laoag City.
